S3 welding was tasked with installing 2 new bulk storage tanks and converting warehouse storage space to house them. After completing a structural assessment of the floor ensuring it was capable of holding the weight of these tanks filled with product we moved forward in the design phase, modeling out our product line drops into their respective production rooms, line routing and system design, as well as light automation and a HMI station to monitor line temps, tank fill levels, and pump statuses. Careful consideration was taken to ensure product remained at a stable temperature during storage and in transit through heated/insulated product lines. Changeover from the old storage tanks went seamlessly and on time!
